Avon Colour Run is a health-focused road event bringing Lagos together for a morning of movement, colour, music and celebration. Participants will take on a 5KM run, enjoy the atmosphere and have access to free health checks, creating an opportunity to be active, pay more attention to their health and take a simple step towards living a healthier, fuller life.

The Avon Colour Run is a family-friendly event. However, parents or accompanying adults are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of children in their care.

A clinical pavilion at the finish line offering free health consultations and wellness checks, open to runners and spectators alike. No appointment and no charge.
Your race kit will be provided ahead of the event. For footwear, wear comfortable shoes with good grip that are suitable for a 5KM run.
Yes. Medical teams and ambulances are stationed along the route and at the finish. A recovery lounge with physio support and electrolyte drinks is waiting after the line.
